HAPPY DAY TO YOU: I want to introduce you to my first love. Our love dated back to so many years ago but I didn’t understand how much he loves me until a few years back. My lover has endured so much maltreatment from me. He would cry out and I would ignore him yet he keeps loving me but now, how much I love him. In spite of so much stress, he still remains sharp and relaxed. My brain, you are good and strong. I love you so much. You are the best. My nerves, you are good and strong. You are adorable. You have transmitted so much energy and information and you have not crashed once. You are awesome. I love and appreciate you. My eyes, how lively you have been? You see good every time. Even when others and life present evil to you, you see the good in it and you make my heart to rejoice. Thank you, you are desirable. My ears, you are awesome. You hear and filter good news to my heart. Even when my heart wants to shake, you hear and sing angelic messages to her and she is happy again. Thank you. My mouth, you speak worthy words to the rest of me. How wonderful you have been. Your taste only allows good food and drink that heal and renew my youth as the eagles. You are awesome. Thank you. My nose, you have faithfully perceived odours from far away and sent signals to my brain and the rest of my body to take action. Thank you. My face, you are beautiful. In spite of not adorning you with any cosmetics, you keep being attractive and smiling. Thank you. I appreciate you. My hair and other organs and cells in my head section, I celebrate your love for me and I appreciate you. Thank God for making you and thank you for working as you have been working for so long.

Today, I thank you for helping me to celebrate the first part of my beloved. Please celebrate yours today. Love and appreciate your body because God says you should love yourself first. Every cell of your body can hear what you say and they respond yielding to you as you say to them. Tomorrow, you will hear the remaining story of my first and ever present Love. My body is the constant physical companion that I have so I celebrate her today.

Today’s Exercise: Thank You Lord for giving me a wonderful body to take me through life. I appreciate your work which is my body. No matter what man and life say, my body is good because You called it good when you made it. Say to yourself as often as possible (I love myself. I am good and appreciate me today and always.)
