BETWEEN THE MUD AND THE THRONE 2 (Transform your life)
“For the lovers of God may suffer adversity and stumble seven times, but they will continue to rise over and over again. But the unrighteous are brought down by just one calamity and will never be able to rise again.” Proverbs 24:16 TPT
GOOD DAY: I was asking a man who wouldn’t forget the offences of his wife since they had been married. Then, they had been married for twenty four years. The wife complained that she had not enjoyed the marriage for a week at a stretch because it was an offence he was always picking. That is an example of sitting in the mud. In nature, we do fall in mud but get up, clean up and learn lessons about the terrain, our dressing and our attitude as we were passing the area so we can be mindful when next we use that route but we never stay stuck in the mud. Why then do we self afflict ourselves by staying in the mud of things that destroy our joy and peace of mind through our thoughts and mindset?
If you believe in Christ, this happens ““He has rescued us completely from the tyrannical rule of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom realm of his beloved Son.” Colossians 1:13 TPT. You have been translated from rule of darkness and mud to the kingdom realm of Jesus Christ on the throne with Him. You are now to choose where you want to stay. Do you want to live in the mud thinking of things in a way that makes you sad, anxious, irritable, sick, depressed, vindictive and so on? Or do you want to leave there and shift your thoughts to the kingdom of light where you have love, joy, happiness, patience, hope, kindness, contentment and all the like? You would ask; I am here on earth, how do I deal with things that are happening to me? You transform your mind by renewing it with the promises of God. As you speak the promises of God to yourself every time your mind goes to any tormenting instance, you get up from the mud and go back to the kingdom of light. As you keep transforming your mind, the Light of the kingdom teaches you what to do to realise your confession. The Light shines on the path that you are to take to keep seated on the throne. You are free to leave sadness and pain and stay in joy and peace because of the power that resurrected Jesus from the grave living in you. Take advantage of the power that is in you and transform your life from darkness to light.
PRAY: Dear Lord Jesus, hold my hand and lift me from the mud of carnal thinking to the spiritual thinking of the throne in Your kingdom.

He ye A ha. This is a priceless and practical way of overwhelming the darkness. Hmmm. May this gift of yours Ma’am to break issues down biblically never go down l pray Jesus Mighty Name. Kindly when you can go over the concept Ma’am of meditating on the Word as l still struggle with how to practice that for profit. Ese pupo.

The fact that we are Christians does not mean we will not fall at times. What separates us from others is the controlled impetuous grace to rise again and again is the life of christ in us. Never forget that in Jesus’ name. Amen!!!
