January 22.    Exodus ch 14-15

CLOUD SEEDING

“Just as the rain and the snow come down from the sky and don’t return there without watering the earth, making it conceive and yield plants and providing seed to the sower and food to the eater, so is my word that comes from my mouth; it does not return to me empty. Instead, it does what I want, and accomplishes what I intend.” Isaiah 55:10-11 CEB

HAPPY DAY TO YOU:  Some countries that have dry climates with attendant heat and water shortage because there is no rainfall invented cloud seeding. In cloud seeding, some chemicals are sprayed into the clouds to cause precipitation until rain falls. This is a phenomenon that can be used in turning the dry land of your life to fertile and productive ground. 

The word of God is water. I seed the cloud of my life with the water of the word of God until the cloud is full. My mind is the cloud. When it is full of water, it will rain. “If clouds fill up, they will empty out rain on the earth. …” Ecclesiastes 11:3a CEB  I choose the promise of God relevant to my situation and I think on that in my heart until it is full and it gathers power to fall as it becomes the word I speak that will produce fruit. Where we miss it is that we think and worry about our problems which then become the cloud in the mind. When it becomes full, it rains again as the problem. The correct thing to think about is the end result that you desire, not the problem. As you think about the end result you desire, your heart will be guided as to what to do. That is the rain that will lead you to your desire. The rain will change your condition and people (sowers) will see it by learning from you, while you too enjoy it as the eater. If you want to change your situation, change the seed you fill your cloud with. Tomorrow, we will do some generic cloud seeding by the grace of God. 

Today’s exercise: Today, take one issue that troubles your mind. Take a promise of God regarding the solution you desire. Make that promise your thought throughout today.
