ENGAGING THE HEALER OF HEALERS

📖

“God always blesses those who are kind to the poor and helpless. They’re the first ones God helps when they find themselves in any trouble. The Lord will preserve and protect them. They’ll be honored and esteemed while their enemies are defeated. When they are sick, lying upon their bed of suffering, God will restore them. He will raise them up again and restore them back to health.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭41‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭TPT‬‬

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: I have this friend who gives to the poor even out of her own need. She is very generous and nobody goes to her house and comes back empty handed no matter who you are or how small what she has to give. 

Then one day, she collapsed suddenly and she was rushed to a nearby hospital and miraculously, she was revived as her vitals were very bad. Even on her sick bed, she still asked her child to pack  food for the student she supports with food in the university. And guess what? The Lord restored her to health miraculously. She responded to treatment in a rapid way. In her, I saw the fulfilment of Psalm 41:1-3. It is always blessed to help the poor and helpless because by doing so, you engage God to nurse, heal and raise you from the bed of sickness.

Today’s Exercise: Thank You Father for giving man different ways to connect with You. Help me to bless and be kind to the poor and helpless around me. Say to yourself (I choose to bless and be kind to the poor and helpless around me.  Help me Lord.)
