He opens before me the right path and leads me along in his footsteps of righteousness so that I can bring honor to his name.” Psalms 23:2–3 TPT

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: We continue from where we left off yesterday on how God leads. He leads me beside the still waters.

Today’s version puts it that “His tracks take me to an oasis of peace”. Challenges make the soul weary and exhausted. If you have ever had to run from danger in the physical, you will know the feeling you have when you have escaped and gotten to a safe haven. A worrying soul is like the person running from danger. It is as you seat at the safe haven that your energy is restored and you are revived. That is what God does to the soul when your thought aligns with God’s thought as He is guiding you. After restoring your soul by giving it the vital energy it needs, your life is revived.
Having done this, He then opens up the path you should take in righteousness to bring Him honor as He guides you. God leads you by giving your heart peace over one of the many decisions open to you or dropping an entirely different thought into your mind and giving you peace and rest for your soul. God speaks first to still your soul then you can perceive His thoughts for you. Try it today by asking the Holy Spirit to guide you and observe how He does it.

Today’s Exercise: Thank You Lord that you are willing to guide and lead anyone who invites you to do. Help me to yield to your guidance always.

indeed, nothing absolutely nothing can compare with that Peace that comes from God and God alone,that passes all understanding .. nothing ..it is a vital key and indicator of alignment to God’s way, truth and life. Blissful harmony – nothing can compare
To Him alone be all praise and adoration
Our God is indeed unique, set part and awesome.
