i am protected all round
December 4. 1 Corinthians ch 15-17
I AM PROTECTED ALL ROUND
“He’s protecting you from all danger both day and night. You will be guarded by God himself. You will be safe when you leave your home, and safely you will return. He will protect you now, and he’ll protect you forevermore!” Psalms 121:6,8 TPT
GOOD DAY: Psalm 121 is such a soothing scripture that I love dwelling in it. If there is anything people fear these days all over the world, it is the danger of either kidnappers or terrorists or gun violence or knife violence. Nowhere is actually totally safe all over the world. Hatred welling from different societal groups has made the world so unsafe. Even with security officers and protective cameras, security wears and gadgets, no one feels safe or secure. But here we are in this Psalm that God is saying “I will be safe when I leave my home, and safely I will return.” What a promise! Hallelujah
How do I enjoy this promise? It is by believing it. If you don’t believe it, the spirit world won’t work it out on your behalf. How do you believe it? IT IS BY MAKING IT YOUR MANTRA. You repeat it to yourself until it goes down to your spirit and it becomes your thought. This is how to build faith as faith comes by hearing. The problem is that we hear too much of the bad news over and over that we believe bad news. Do yourself a favour by shielding yourself from bad news as much as possible.
No matter what you are going through, no matter how entertaining bad news or wrong principles are, save yourself the damage that hearing bad things does to the human soul. I am protected from all danger day and by night and guarded by God Himself. When things happen, once you have the above Psalm in your heart, you are not shaken because you are sure that God is protecting you and that is part of His plan for your life for that moment.
PRAY: Thank You Lord for you shield me from evil and hide and guard me day and night by Yourself.
