Long close exposure to people makes their characters run off on you. The apostles were exposed closely to Jesus in the three years of His ministry and to His word in the upper room after He was taken to heaven that the teachers of the Law saw the nature and character of Jesus displayed by them.
When you spend time with God in His word and praise, God’s nature rubs off on you. Holiness becomes your nature. The joy and pleasures of His presence gets deep into you. Make Long exposure to God your lifestyle and you will not only have joy and pleasure, you will hear Him and know His secrets.
