NEVER LOSE HOPE OR DESPAIR
“Jesus also told them this parable: “God’s kingdom realm is like someone spreading seed on the ground. He goes to bed and gets up, day after day, and the seed sprouts and grows tall, though he knows not how. All by itself it sprouts, and the soil produces a crop; first the green stem, then the head on the stalk, and then the fully developed grain in the head. Then, when the grain is ripe, he immediately puts the sickle to the grain, because harvest time has come.””

GOOD DAY: In our stock taking, there are prayers we have been praying for so long and nothing seems to happen in the direction of answer to such prayers. Over some of them, we have lost hope and just live with the pain of not having our requests granted. Today, Jesus is informing us about the fruiting in the kingdom of God. Different seeds sprout and grow at different speeds. If you plant beans and coconut on the same day, within three to four days, beans would sprout but coconut takes a longer time. When you least expect it, the coconut will sprout and keep growing till time of harvest. Such is the case with different prayers.
Don’t live in pain. God heard you and at the fullness of time, your prayer will show results. Your plantation will sprout.
PRAY: Dear Lord, thank You for making me know the principle of the kingdom of God. Help me to live in peace knowing that You will not fail me.
