“Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:10 NKJV

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: If you took the time to read and digest the extra scriptures of yesterday, you will see the conditions in heaven. That is what the earth is supposed to model but we are far from that. There are pains, sickness, death and all sorts of wars and unrest on earth. You will also notice from yesterday that God rules over the affairs of men. To this extent, God moves events on earth to align it with heaven’s state. Some things have to be shaken so that the unshakable can stay. That is why God will permit some things to happen because they are the path to peace. Unless man reaches his limit, he hardly remembers God. This was the the situation with the children of Israel “Because they rebelled against the words of God, And despised the counsel of the Most High, Therefore He brought down their heart with labor; They fell down, and there was none to help. Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses.” Psalms 107:11–13 NKJV. This understanding gave me peace when things happen. I ask the Holy Spirit what I need to do to align with heaven so my life will be heaven on earth. Remember always that earth is being shaped to reflect heaven so the scripture ‘on earth as in heaven’ will be fulfilled.

Today’s Exercise: Thank You Lord that You permit things to happen on earth that man may understand that heaven rules. Help me to ask You for what I need to do to flow with Your will. Say to yourself ten times and as often as possible (I seek to do God’s will here on earth so that I may experience heaven’s peace.)
