ONE DESTINATION DIFFERENT WAYS
““For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts.”
Isaiah 55:8-9 NASB1995
GOOD DAY: We all have thoughts of the best life for ourselves. If you will believe it, God has even better than the best life you can think of or imagine for you. So God and yourself have the same destination namely to give you a good life. How do I know this? “For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.”

“Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom.” Luke 12:32 NASB1995
The big dilemma now for man once he agrees that God is interested in giving him good things is to know how and when He will do it. Already, man has his way of doing it and knows the time that he wants it, which is NOW! God’s ways of doing things are not man’s ways. Both ways may get man to the same destination but the feeling and repercussions are different. Hear what God says about the way of man; “There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.” Proverbs 16:25 NASB1995. The end is the way of death. Death to peace, joy and rest. Man will always be perpetually struggling to keep what he gets by his own way. The way of God however is described thus; “It is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich, And He adds no sorrow to it.”
Proverbs 10:22 NASB1995. The way of God gets one there and He adds no sorrow. The way of God takes you to the destination without adding any sorrow while the way of man gets there but is the way of death. Decide which way you want to take to get your desires today.
PRAY: DearLord, I pray that you will align my ways to your ways and bless me. Help me, I want to follow your ways.
