PREPARE TO RECEIVE

“Sow seeds of righteousness for yourselves, and you will reap a harvest of God’s unending love. Break up the hard, fallow ground of your heart. For it is time to seek Yahweh’s favor until he comes to pour out righteousness on you like falling rain.” Hosea 10:12 TPT

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: For some days now, we have been looking at what to rid from our hearts. Our hearts are like the soil. To plant in it, it has to be cleared of weeds and made ready. No matter how much one prays, unless his heart is ready to receive the seed of the word of God, no changes will occur in his life. This is one of the reasons why we pray so much and little or nothing happens. If you want to welcome good changes in the coming year, let us prepare our hearts to be good and receptive. As we keep going every day in our ground clearing exercises, do what you read, tough as it may sound, clear your heart of the debris and break up your hard heart, then sow the seeds of God’s word to reap a harvest in righteousness in God’s favour. I leave you today to look into your heart and see how hard it is. See your heart’s response to the word of God especially the ones that expose your vices to you for correction. Do you take them easily and joyfully or you become angry and look for words that sweet talk to your heart? Check today and you will be in a the right position to receive and partake in all the New Year prophesies for next year God sparing our lives.
