HAPPY DAY TO YOU: The beginning of soul prosperity is awareness or knowledge or perception of the existence of the soul. After the fall of man in the Garden of Eden, man lost spiritual or soul awareness that was innate in him and became aware mostly with his five senses. As God made it, the site of creativity is the soul. That is why we are instructed to guard our heart above all else because issues of life flow from it. Because we have been reduced to mainly knowledge with the five senses, that is the information we send to the soul and more of what we send is created.
The soul is unseen, it is spiritual. You cannot feel it with your five senses. So you must be aware of its existence, nature, how to feel it, how to feed it with information that will produce the kind of thing you want your five senses to feel no matter what the physical world is saying to them. If you are not aware of your soul, its purpose and position, what food you must give it, it will be like a beast in captivity eating any food it sees and always eager to escape from the cage. “A man [who is held] in honor, Yet who lacks [spiritual] understanding and a teachable heart, is like the beasts that perish.” Psalms 49:20 AMP
The soul feeds and lives on words so the quality of your soul depends on the quality of the word you feed it with. The body of man when God moulded it from dust was a lifeless mass until God breathed His breath into his nostrils and he became a living soul. So the life of man is in the word. When Jesus was tempted by Satan to turn stone to bread, : “…Jesus replied, “It is written and forever remains written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God.’ ” [Deut 8:3]” Matthew 4:4 AMP Be aware of this important truth and you will labour to choose how you feed your soul because the issues of your life flow from it. The space I have for writing cannot take all the words but the seed of the word is already planted. Look at it over again and let understanding come into you as you become aware of your soul. We shall continue tomorrow by God’s grace.

TODAY’S EXERCISE: Thank You Lord for making me aware of my soul and its food. Help me to labour to understand my soul in Jesus name I pray. Say to yourself ten times today and as often as you can “I will seek Your word Lord and not be like a beast that perishes”.
