THE BEAUTY AND BLESSINGS OF THE FIRST COMMANDMENT

“Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works.” John 14:10 NASB1995
HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Do you wonder why Jesus was able to perform so many miracles and He ruled over all forces of nature including death? Have you wondered why the Apostle Paul was able to perform so many great works? It is because they obeyed the first commandment. Jesus obeyed it completely to the point of death on the cross. Apostle Paul obeyed it to the point that his life meant nothing to him.
How did they obey the first commandment? God lived in them. God had full ownership of their entire selves. They surrendered their all to God’s control. Jesus said if anyone believes in Him, he will do greater works than He did. The more you allow God to live in you, the more you can hear Him speak, and the greater works you can do because you only speak as He inspires you then He does the work. I have experienced that He guides the surrendered person to how what he says unfolds and manifests to bring glory to God. When God has full control of your life, He lives through you and His desires will be your desires as His nature becomes your nature. This makes man have inner peace no matter what the outer world is presenting. A man fully yielded to God manifests God wherever he is. There is joy and fullness of pleasures for evermore in the presence of God for those who love Him above all else.
Today’s Exercise: Say to yourself ten times today and as often as you remember ‘I am in the Father and the Father is in me. He inspires me to speak while He does the work. Have a great day.

To God be glory. What a great privilege and advantage we have to be in Christ. What a God what a Father. To You and You alone be all the glory.
Grant us O Lord God Almighty the grace to know, trust and yield completely to You through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Amen.
