“When the Lord brought back the captive ones of Zion, We were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter And our tongue with joyful shouting; Then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us; We are glad. Restore our captivity, O Lord, As the streams in the South. Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting. He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed, Shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalms 126:1–6 NASB1995

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: The coin has two sides; the head and the tail. Likewise, life has two sides; the good and the trying or even the day and the night. It is never the same side all the time and no side lasts forever. The day shall dawn again and the darkness over. I speak in the name of Jesus to anyone discouraged today to hold on and focus on the day your captivity will be broken and joy comes. Maintain your joy by looking on the other side of the coin of your situation. When it is day, do worthwhile things that will make the night more bearable.

Today’s Exercise: Thank You Lord for giving me unchanging rhythms in life that can keep me patient and trusting at all times. Help me to learn lessons from them and hold my peace till the night is gone. Say to yourself (I keep the day before me always knowing that God never fails.)
