THE WORLD NEEDS PEACE. 

“For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.”  ‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭14‬:‭33‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Everyone wants peace and security both as individuals and for the world as a whole. Like all scientists know, the way to solve a problem is to start from the first principle. It is the same thing in all aspects of life. What is the first principle of Peace? The first principle of Peace is to know and acknowledge its author. Who is the author of Peace?

God is the author of peace and Jesus Christ is the Prince of peace. “For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9‬:‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬. The first principle therefore is for individuals as well as the world to go back to God. Simple as it sounds, that is the first principle that will bring peace. Ask God to give you His peace and He will do it. I have done that and I have experienced the difference between having the peace of God and not. When we ask for the peace of God as individuals, it will spread to the family and eventually to the whole world. Wars are not good. They give confusion, uncertainties, lack of rest that affects every part of the world and even the countries that are not actively involved in any war. The ripple effects of the war anywhere gets everywhere. This is how we know that the world is a unit just like any living organism. Let us pray and work for peace as the Prince of Peace instructs us. When we come to the Prince of Peace, we shall learn war no more. Listen to this;    “Many nations shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, To the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, And we shall walk in His paths.” For out of Zion the law shall go forth, And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. He shall judge between many peoples, And rebuke strong nations afar off; They shall beat their swords into plowshares, And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, Neither shall they learn war anymore.” ‭‭Micah‬ ‭4‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ This is what the world wants and this is what the God of Jacob teaches. Today, you ask God to give you His peace that passes all understanding.

Today’s Exercise: Thank You Lord for Your ways are ways of peace. Give me peace Lord I ask in Jesus name. Say to yourself ten times today and as often as possible (I have the peace of God in me and it shall spread to all the people I meet who will spread it as well in Jesus name.)
