HE GOT THERE WELL BEFORE YOU
“Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:1-3 NASB1995
GOOD DAY. I had an experience some weeks back that brought this scripture alive in a fresh new way. I was to present some data through email. It was private data that I did not wish to share with anyone yet it was a lifeline for me. I imagined it done but I was a little anxious. One afternoon as I was taking a walk, the Holy Spirit ministered to my spirit that he had already got to this point a year ago when he led me to purchase an ipad I thought I would use for something else. For six months before then, I had not touched it. The Spirit of God led me to an app on it that helped to sort my challenge out. God made me buy the iPad a year ago for a use that was to be a lifeline now.
I want to encourage those who are challenged and worried now that Jesus had come to this time long before now and made provision for you in His father’s house. Your supply or solution is near and in you in fact. Let not your heart be troubled. Cease from troubling your heart. Meditate today’s scripture. See your challenge resolved today. Remember that today never ends. Your need for today in the eventual resolution of your challenge has been supplied. Help is around you.
If you can observe this, you will learn not to worry but to thankfully open your eyes to see the provision for the moment that had been made for you. Even people are pre positioned to help you as you trust in God. The stranger that assisted you in the bank or in the market or anywhere at all is positioned by God for that purpose. The other day, I was to remain standing in the train for a forty five minute journey. The man sitting opposite where I was standing had his wife’s bag on an empty chair because she went to the toilet in another carriage. She was stock and couldn’t come back because of the people standing. Five minutes into the journey, the man asked me to sit. He held his wife’s bag till I got out of the train.
Jesus truly goes to His father’s house to prepare a place for us not just when our time here ends but at every stage of the journey.
