LOOK UP TO REACH IN
I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; From where shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

GOOD DAY. HAPPY MONTH OF AUGUST. I rejoice with all those celebrating their birthdays in the month of August and pray that God will give you more years in fruitfulness and good health.
This is the time to start learning how to look up for help as other sources of help are getting less and less productive. If you do not know how to look up for help, the fear of this time and season of hardship all over the world could be paralyzing. So how do we look up to heaven? The first thing is to train your mind to not worry about your situation as well as the world situation. You must train your ears and eyes to not look at or see demoralizing news flying around. When your heart is free of worry, then you will be able to receive instructions from above. Your heart too will be at peace no matter what the outside world is saying. You cannot look up and look down at the same time. You cannot consider the cares of the world and focus on God at the same time. One has to give for the other to be fully expressed.
The way I am dealing with the cares of the world is to tell myself that focusing on and worrying about them will not do anything positive to solve them because it has never helped. However, with a clear mind, I am able to receive God’s idea of His help for me. It is time to clear the clutter in our hearts to allow the help of God to reach us.
PRAY: Dear God, thank You for this far You have helped me. Help me to remove the things that make me insensitive to your guidance from my heart.
