WHAT POWER WORKS IN YOU?
“Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.”

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” Ephesians 3:20 KJV
GOOD DAY. There is the power of God that works in each one of us. It is sad that most of us work and walk in ignorance of this power leading to unnecessary suffering. At these life trying times, it is mandatory for anyone who will live and have peace to have knowledge of this power and master how to engage it for one’s good.
In the natural world, power is subjective. It is the ability to do whatever work you engage it in. Power can be used to move things from point A to point B, it can be used to generate heat, it is used to generate light, think of any work, it is power that is used to execute it.
Now consider the presentation of our verse today in terms of what gives instruction to what the power of God that works in us should do. They are listed as your greatest request, most unbelievable dream and wildest imagination. So your request, dream and imagination give purpose to God’s mighty power in you. If your imagination is good and positive, this power of God in you will work it out even beyond what you ask, dream or imagine. If it is otherwise, the same thing will happen. Remember that the same electric power that we use for good works in the house is the same power that kills if wrongly handled. The fire that cooks food is the same fire that burns the house down if it is wrongly handled.
Knowing this, you should be careful what you ask, imagine or dream of because they will happen at one point in your life.
Through your correctly directed imagination, you can change the course of your life. This is why the bible warns us to guard our hearts with all diligence because the issue of life comes from there.
Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Proverbs 4:23 NLT
I challenge you to become mindful of what you ask, dream and imagine from henceforth.
PRAY: Dear Lord, please give me more understanding of how I am to engage Your mighty power that works in me.
