HOW DOES GOD WANT YOU TO SEE HIM?

📖

“See now that I, even I, am he, And there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: Neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.” Deuteronomy 32:39 KJV

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: I was standing at the narrow entrance to the press talking to one of the staff and this man was coming in who saw me as either a visitor or a customer who he could push aside and pass. Looking at him, he was not older than my second son and the staff around screamed while he gave a rude command that I should leave where I was standing so he could go in. He got a response he did not expect and the staff shouted ‘that is mama’. He left and came back later to apologise.

When you don’t see or know a person as he is, you will not know how to relate with him. Assumption of the nature and worth of a person can bring respect or abuse and this is why God reveals Himself so we can reverence Him properly. NO MATTER WHAT MAN INVENTS OR DOES, IT IS BECAUSE GOD DOES IT. Man must not glory in himself for his achievements but give glory to God who does all things through man.

Some people believe that it is the devil that does bad and God only does good so it is difficult for them to praise or thank God in all things. Today, meditate on our text and see God as He boldly proclaims He IS ALL IN ALL. Record how it makes you feel in your journal.

Today’s Exercise: Thank You Lord for reminding me that You do all things, help me to acknowledge You in all things. Say to yourself ten times today and as often as possible (I give all glory to God at all times and in all things.)
