THE NATURE OF THE WORD

John 1:1 NIV
[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: We start this year by getting to know the most important life tool that God gave to us. Until we learn how to engage properly with it, life will be difficult for us. It is like the tool of your profession, you must learn how to use it to get the best out of your work.

The tool is the WORD. Our text today describes the word. The word was with God in the beginning, and the word was God. Everything that God was, the word was and till now, the word is everything God is. In Psalm 138:2, He says that He honors His word above His name. Words carry life. Proverbs 18:21 NIV [21] The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. I leave you with this thought today.

Is there anything you don’t like in your life? Then look into the words you speak about and to it then try changing the words to what you will like it to be. With time and persistence, the new word will start bearing fruit for you.
