“Then He said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given.” Mark 4:24 NKJV
“Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he seems to have will be taken from him.”” Luke 8:18 NKJV

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: If we try to see scripture with scripture, we will learn the importance of shutting our doors individually. When the Holy Spirit opened my understanding of the how what you open the door of your heart to affect the outcome of your prayer I was deeply touched and saw a reason why we have many unanswered prayers.

My prayers are not answered by asking alone but by what I listen to and how I listen. What I listen to determines what I am given and in what quantity. Let us look at someone who is sick. The doctor has given his diagnosis and what does the sick person do? He prays but keeps listening to the testimony of the disease. How many people the disease has killed etc. Jesus taught us that what you listen to is what you will get more of. Be mindful of what you HEAR AND LISTEN TO FOR THEY DETERMINE THE OUTCOME OF YOUR PRAYER. You can’t always be praying for abundance and listening to stories of the poor economy of the world. You cannot be praying for a good life partner and keep listening to stories of unfaithful husbands and wives. What you hear and the passion with which you hear them determine the answer to your prayer. You will be given more of what you hear.

I pray that your ears will not itch to hear bad stories that you never desire to manifest.
