FAITH VS GOD’S WILL
“In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order; for thou shalt die, and not live. Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD. And I will add unto thy days fifteen years; and I will deliver thee and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend this city for mine own sake, and for my servant David’s sake.” 2 Kings 20:1, 5-6 KJV
🤔
HAPPY DAY TO YOU: I was chatting about death with a friend some days ago and I said that it is not death that bothers me but I don’t want God to make death painful or traumatic for me. I don’t want to trouble anyone, I just want to play with people around and lie down and sleep. He said to me that God will bring death in His own time and way that it will be according to His will. I said it will be according to my faith. That brought up the topic ‘Faith Vs God’s Will.’
🤔
Jesus said to two blind men who came to Him for healing Matthew 9:39 that it be done to them according to their faith. He also said if you believe, nothing is impossible for those who believe. A person’s personal faith dictates what he gets from God. Faith is the bargaining coin with God.
🤔
Faith is the personal spiritual currency that determines what one gets. It is like money in earth terms. There are different models of the same item with different qualities and prices. Likewise, in the spirit for example, there are different ways you get things done according to your faith. Healing is healing for whom God wills to heal but how he is healed depends on the person’s faith. Death is death for whom God wills to kill but how it is done depends on the person’s faith.
🤔
Your personal faith determines what you get from God. God was willing to kill king Hezekiah in our story above but king Hezekiah asked God not to kill him in a passionate request to God. God granted his request according to his his faith. Man will always have what he has personal faith for from God.
🛐
I pray that your faith will be deep and great enough to get what you want from God in Jesus name.
