CONDITIONAL CLAUSE

📖

“Blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked [following their advice and example], Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit [down to rest] in the seat of scoffers (ridiculers). But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And on His law [His precepts and teachings] he [habitually] meditates day and night. [Rom 13:8-10; Gal 3:1-29; 2 Tim 3:16]” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭AMP‬‬

🤔

HAPPY DAY TO YOU:

I sat wondering why God has not answered my prayer to bless someone I had been praying for since. I saw the person yesterday with little changes in his countenance and I asked why God inside me?

🤔

The next morning, I decided I needed to do a personal bible study with the young boy that lives with me. We opened to start with Psalm 1 and the phrase conditional clause came to my mind and expanded as I was looking at verses 1 and 2.

🤔

It came to my spirit that each time I ask God to bless someone, I am asking Him to take the person out of the counsel of the wicked, leave the stand of sinners and the seat of ridiculers or mockers of God. To be truly blessed by God, He will first lead them out of the path that cannot sustain His blessing. As God does this in stages, they are first transformed and blessed with peace of God, joy, love and other virtues that make life blessed before visible blessings start showing. So when you say God bless you, and the person says amen he is agreeing that God should lead him in the godly path then bless him. Think of this today.

🛐

I pray that God blesses you and keeps you, in Jesus name.
